The path from Porlock Weir to Culbone is actually part of the South West Coast Path and is shown on the location map (link above).

If you are exploring this area then I can recommend the Ordnance Survey 'Outdoor Leisure' map of Exmoor. This is 2.5 inches to the mile, covers both sides of the map and shows all the footpaths.
