There is a Tourist Information Centre and Museum in the main car park in Cross Street. You can't miss it
as it's a dreadful looking modern building; not at all in keeping with the surroundings.

There are 4 show caves in Castleton. Peak Cavern in the centre of the village, Blue John Cavern,
Speedwell Cavern and Treak Cliff Cavern near the lower end of Winnats Pass to the west of the village.
