The boggy valley bottom was used to create water features and there are a number of inter-connected ponds.

If you are a garden enthusiast then these gardens are a 'must see'.

In the drier parts of the garden there are lots of plant beds with plenty of grass areas to walk on.

Ducks, needless to say, have made themselves at home on the ponds.
