Waltham Abbey comes within the jurisdiction of Epping Forest District Council. We parked in the Quaker Lane Car Park which is very near the abbey and we were lucky to get one of the 24 free parking bays which are limited to a maximum of 2 hours. There are also Pay & Display bays in the same car park.
