Bishop's Palace, Bishops Waltham.
Looking from the end wall of the Great Hall towards the service rooms and the kitchen.
William of Wykeham died in the palace in 1404. Its present condition is largely due to its capture by the
Roundheads during the Civil War leaving these imposing ruins.
