If you want them listed in a logical order for driving:

Monkland -> Dilwyn -> Weobley -> Sarnesfield -> Kinnersley -> Eardisley -> Kington -> Lyonshall -> Pembridge -> Eardisland.

They can, of course, be driven in reverse order or you can imagine them in a circle and start and finish at any point.
