  Lincoln, Lincolnshire.

The narrow cobbled lane from Greestone Terrace down to Lindum Road is certainly picturesque not to mention steep. The picture on the left is at the top and the centre picture is looking up from the bottom. The right-hand picture is The Strait which connects Steep Hill to High Street. You want narrow? Lincoln does narrow!

Jews House on the left in The Strait is the oldest known town house in England dating from the mid 12th century and has been continuously occupied since. The right-hand picture shows part of Temple gardens - a public park.
