We discovered what we think is a gem of a tea-room. 'Sweetmeats' is run by a trained chef and has an
unusually good range of lunch offerings as well as the normal coffee, tea and cakes. The tea-room is upstairs
and has only 5 tables each seating four. If you want a light lunch then you couldn't do better. It's in Water
Street near the top.
