There are bus services along the A259 which run through Exceat from either Seaford or Eastbourne. Getting off at Exceat gives easy access to the forest.

There is a small restaurant, the Exeat Farmhouse Restaurant, in the Seven Sisters Country Park Visitor Centre at Exceat. We had lunch there and discovered that they produce excellent meals - highly recommended.
