Comment about Maiden Lane and the Kings Head, Stamford, Lincolnshire

Separated from my group of friends this Friday evening I hoped I may meet them for a drink in The Kings Head as in the past. Went in to see if they were in only to be verbally abused across the bar full of people by the owner and wife for using the wc without ordering a drink. Very rude, not nice nor very wise individuals. Yes we went elsewhere to spend our cash.. Every recession has a silver lining!!!!

This is not St Georges Street but Maiden Lane, which runs from High Street to St Mary's Street.
