A nice place to sit awhile and admire the landscape looking across Park Wood.

A little south of the house is this little pool which includes some Water Lilies.

Amanda isn't about to dive in head first but is probably looking for little swimming things (not necessarily fish).

One of the many paths throughout the garden, some surfaced and some grassy but all interesting in their own way. This path, for example, features a number of ferns.

Park Wood Pond is in a seperate area reached by crossing Haywood Common. Park Wood is a marvellous collection of rare and beautiful trees cultivated by three generations of the same family and, naturally enough, includes many more Rhododendrons and Acers providing a blaze of colour at the right time of year.
