Exmoor. At the top of Dunkery Beacon on a cloudy day. Notice the clouds brushing the ground on the right of the picture. One of the obvious paths to the top is easily visible.

We walked up from Dunkery Gate, marked near the bottom of the location map (link below), where there is space to park a number of cars. It is a very easy walk on a well marked path.

Exmoor. The large stone cairn on the highest point of Dunkery Hill showing the plaque which commemerates the handing over of ownership of this area to the National Trust.

This is the highest point on Exmoor.
