A frosty reception
That's what we had this morning.
I mentioned previously that we had had a very cold night (for Britain) on Tuesday and that continued last night with temperatures forecast to go down to about the same as the night before i.e. around 27F. Amanda put the thermometer out first thing this morning and after leaving it for 15 minutes it read 19F.
It should be above freezing tonight!
I'll leave you with some pictures in our garden.
It will be December tomorrow!

That’s colder than upstate New York. We have been in the 50’s F during the day the past 3 days although it has been rainy all the time. I can’t make much electricity with my solar panels now. We need some sun!

I have had the same weather as Tom, warm – mid 50’sF but with heavy rain, The sun came out today, it is lovely out 60F. But we have had 30F mornings. But no snow so far.
The frost on your leaves does look pretty.
PS- can you email me with your new address, please

When I said it should be above freezing the next night – they were lying – it wasn’t. It was just as cold as the previous night. Luckily during last night the temperature finally went above freezing.
