We’re not the only ones.
You may think that we do go on a bit about the white chalk cliffs on the South Downs Coast and, of course we do, but we aren’t the only ones who think that the’re pretty special.
We are not alone! Any more of you out there?

The view of the chalk cliffs from Birling Gap just blew my mind. (please, no comments
). It is an area I would love to go back to and do the walk along the Seven Sisters. So many things to see, so little money to do it all

When you talk about the view from Birling Gap are you referring to the photographs or when you were actually there with us?

Photographs are a wonderful invention, but it will never compete with the real thing. I will always be grateful to you for taking me to the actual site (Birling Gap being one of the many delightful places you and Amanda have taken me to
)
The coastline in New England is varied – rocky, sandy, cliffs – but we have nothing like the chalk cliffs. They really did take my breath away.
